I Heart Gabby!

I just finished editing a newborn session I did for a great friend of mine out here in WA. She has three energetic boys and finally got her baby girl on September 1st. Isn't she just beautiful? Congrats Sarah and much love to your little Gabby!

Magnifico Famiglia

I'm not sure if I conjugated that correctly but regardless this Italian family was magnificent. I had the pleasure of photographing them in all their charm this last Saturday afternoon. Their children were so well behaved and such good sports about taking family photos. It's sessions like these that remind me why I do what I do. When I come across an image I love, I feel like I've just cheated time. I use my camera to capture those fleeting moments and freeze them forever. For those few hours I'm recording, documenting, and helping to pay tribute to a specific time--a time that can never be regained, but at least recorded and remembered.
